Our Spro blend, slang for espresso, was influenced by a chance espresso I had from Little Nap Coffee in Tokyo, Japan. The coffee was so complex with nuanced fruit and chocolate flavours, roasted neither too light or too dark. It was perfect. To capture this spirit, we blend coffees from Brazil, east Africa and Colombia for the blend. Each coffee brings a specific attribute to the table. The sum of the parts produce a complex fruit laced chocolate treat, excellent as Espresso or milk. Heck, it even holds up as a filter coffee. It's our tribute to the diverse world of coffee, artfully combined in a blend that's greater than the sum of its parts.

As you taste, you're first greeted by the bright, fruit-forward notes from the Ethiopian Guji - think ripe berries and stone fruits. This initial burst of flavor is perfectly complemented by the rich, nutty undertones and full-bodied creaminess contributed by the Brazilian component.

As the flavors develop, the Colombian coffee from Jardín makes its presence known with a crisp, citrusy acidity that adds complexity and depth. This acidity is beautifully balanced by hints of caramel sweetness, creating a multi-layered flavor experience.

The medium roast level ensures that each origin shines through while melding into a cohesive flavor profile. It's dark enough to bring out deep chocolate notes but light enough to preserve the delicate floral aromatics and fruit nuances.
