Returns
We consider all sales of coffee final, but we do want you to be happy with what you purchase from us. While taste is fairly subjective, and we cannot guarantee that you will love everything we roast, if our coffee does not meet your expectations for quality, give us a call or send us a note and we’ll try to make it right, either by refunding your money or sending you a replacement, at our discretion.
The few non-coffee items that we sell (manual brewers, grinders and the like) are relatively low-tech, but some come with factory warranties. Problems with these items should be resolved by contacting the manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy (Classes)
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may email us at frontsidecoffee@gmail.com to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 7 days notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 7 days notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
