Located in San Gabriel de Aserrí, La Pradera spans 77,000 square meters of pristine growing land and is known for producing exceptional, carefully curated lots year after year.

This special-release micro-lot features the rare Pacamara variety, celebrated for its large beans, vibrant aromatics, and naturally sweet cup profile. The cherries are processed using a full natural method, dried slowly in the sun for 21 days, resulting in a fruit-forward, expressive coffee perfect for a festive seasonal offering.

In the cup, expect a bright, aromatic profile with a sweet nutty aroma, tropical Hawaiian fruit notes, refreshing citrus and grapefruit-like acidity, and a smooth, clean finish. This is a standout micro-lot that beautifully showcases the potential of Pacamara grown at high altitude in Tarrazú’s unique climate.
